Amelia and Michael’s Wedding at Chadkirk Chapel
As a Chadkirk Chapel wedding photographer, I had the joy of capturing Amelia and Michael’s wedding on a perfect summer’s day. Amelia got ready that morning at her family home, which made for a calm and personal start before heading to the ceremony.
Chadkirk Chapel: A Cheshire Wedding Venue
Chadkirk Chapel is a really special place to get married. Set beside the River Goyt and surrounded by trees, it feels quiet and tucked away, even on a bright summer weekend. Inside, the chapel is full of character, with beautiful stone walls, soft light and an intimate feel that works so well for a wedding ceremony.
Portraits in the Gardens
After the ceremony, we wandered into the gardens next door for Amelia and Michael’s couple portraits. The gardens were in full bloom, and the weather could not have been better. Meanwhile, Amelia’s fuchsia pink bouquet stood out beautifully against her pink shoes, adding a fun pop of colour to the day.
The Reception at The Mellor Centre
Afterwards, we joined everyone at The Mellor Centre for the drinks reception. Guests enjoyed drinks in the sunshine, chatting and celebrating together, while Amelia and Michael soaked it all in. Overall, it was an easy, joyful end to a lovely wedding day at Chadkirk Chapel.
